5 years. Well babe, we’ve made it to a milestone anniversary. There are so many things I could and want to write to you on this day. I want to tell you that I am grateful for your sense of humor. I’m humbled by your faith and am thankful for your work ethic. I’m in awe of your bond with Ainsley, how it’s so strong she drops whatever she is doing when she hears the door, to crawl her fastest to greet you. I am inspired by your strength to keep this household going when I’m not able-even after your 11 hour work days.

This year was a little different than what we’ve been used to. We welcomed our long awaited, first born child. Parenthood has really rocked our world, in the very best of ways. It has made us relearn how to communicate, how to carve out time for each other, how to manage our expectations and how to lean solely on our Heavenly Father for guidance. We definitely have loads more to learn, we had to fight a little harder this year, but I’m thrilled that I’m learning it all with you. It is such a joy to love and cherish you and I am giddy that you picked me to be your forever. Happy 5 years my love <3
