Alright well I’m finally writing the last post from our Euro trip this summer. Our last stop was Paris. I will admit, Paris was the city I was most nervous for. I’ve never been before, I don’t speak the language, and I was nervous about having my baby in a city I was unfamiliar with. It all turned out to be just fine. Paris is a captivating city. The parks, the architecture, the cafes are all jaw-dropping. The streets are a little confusing, so I would suggest having data on your phone so you can access your maps. Our cute little Airbnb was in a great, central location, so we were able to cover a lot of the city in a short amount of time. We were only in Paris for 2 days, so my tips are limited to: have very good walking shoes, make a list of your must sees to be sure you check those boxes, and learn a few polite french phrases [it goes a long way if you are polite and attempt their language]. Besides being exhausted from all the walking, we had a lovely time exploring the winding streets of Paris. I’m sure the cappuccinos and chocolate croissants helped 😉
Beautiful pictures! And your tips are so on point! I don’t think many first-time visitors realize how much walking you can do in that city!
Thank you so much! Totally–The first time I went to Europe I had so many blisters because I totally underestimated how much walking you do!!
