As some of you know, I’ve been a photographer for about 8 years now. In 2015 I officially registered my business. I really love being a wedding photographer and capturing a moment in time for couples. I am going to continue to do that as long as I’m able, and more importantly as long as people are still asking for me to preserve their memories. That being said, since I’m now a Mom, my priorities are changing a little bit. I have been brainstorming what is important to me and how I can move forward still doing things I love while being present at home. It came down to 3 things I’m passionate about: my family [being a mum], photography, and travel.

I’ve always wanted to help people, and I’m very opinionated, maybe a little too much sometimes 😉 I want to have a space where we can talk about motherhood, kids and traveling. I’m still going to be taking on anniversary sessions and a handful of weddings a year because I really do believe in marriage and am beyond happy to capture those days for you, and I will be also using my blog as a place to discuss motherhood and travel. So please feel free to reach out and ask questions about those things and I will do my best to answer them, or at least provide an arena where we can all have a discussion about them. As I’m making this transition, I covet your patience and prayers. This is new territory for me and I have no idea if this is a good idea, but I’ve been praying through a lot of this and talking it over with Matt and close family and friends. It’s about time I jump in with both feet 🙂 I hope you’ll stick around because you support means a lot to me!
